Install:

First extract the archives [Winrar highly recommanded!]

LeaSingle-furniture.zip and LeaSingle-customContent.zip

Put all files into: My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads

Then Extract the last archive called:

LeaSingle-packagedLot.zip

Click on the blue Icon to install the lot with Lea.

The lot comes unfurnished by you'll find a picture to show you how to place your objects. [to help you all furnitures are listed in a collection file]

* CEP Required! You must install CEP in your game to enable recolors. (Thank's to Numenor, R.Gilles (CEP) and Quaxi (SimPe))

 You can download it on SimPe website.
