All textures for floors, other than those by PB3 are original works of art by Heather Castillo at SimFreaks are designed creatively for your use. We ask that you respect an artists right to work and refrain from redistributing our files or uploading them to The Sims 2 Exchange. I did work hard to create these skins for you all to download. I hope you enjoy them.

Recolors of Maxis/Electronic Arts textures also take time when done with care for quality. Even though we don't retain copyrights to items from Maxis, we did take care to create a quality item for your game and appreciate your support in our continuation to provide fine textures for your items.

My design philosophy is such that sims deserve beautiful things, which have been designed carefully with the utmost attention to detail and quality. If you find an ugly glitch in something of mine, please let me know through our forum. (Forum registration not necessary in the support area.)
