All houses at SimFreaks are designed creatively for your use. We ask that you respect an artists right to work and refrain from redistributing our files or uploading them to The Sims 2 Exchange. I did work hard to design houses of all sizes and styles and appreciate your support.

ITEMS Special items may be contained in the individual houses. Paintings that were created by me will not appear in your catalog. Therefore, if your sim moves out of the house, or bulldozes it, you may lose items. Therefore we recommend you put the paintings on a blank wall and just rebuild if you want a new home for them.

We also recommend that you save an original copy of the house for future use, especially if it's unoccupied.
