I seriously doubt this will end up in court. Typically, thieves like this would rather just disappear and in similar instances with other thieves in the past using Yahoo, MSN and other companies without their knowledge, our personal information (e.g. name) was kept from the infringer. That's the only reason I put in that statement requesting annonymity. And if you disclose my personal name to them, then please send us their personal name in return. Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this important matter. You will likely be receiving similar complaints from other victims as well - a group email was sent to us and to many others.
